All of us at Jones & Mitchell Sportswear share with you the concern that companies act responsibly and fairly in their employment practices and conduct business with high standards of ethics and corporate citizenship. We have always sought to operate our business in a manner that promotes individual rights and that encourages and rewards employees in positive ways in all aspects of their employment. We have demonstrated our commitment to high standards of labor practice through our implementation of employment policies such as:

•Promotion of Equal Employment Opportunities
•Sexual Harassment Policy with Confidential Complaint Procedures
•Proactive Safety Program and Safety Policy regarding the use of Drugs and Alcohol
•Family and Medical Leave Act Policy and flexible work hours for employees
•Supportive attitude toward employees who are experiencing personal difficulties
•At or above market compensation which exceeds industry averages and rewards employees with incentive compensation
•Extensive employee benefit programs

We are also aware that in our procurement of merchandise from our vendors, it is important that we take responsible measures to insure that our garment vendors are conducting their labor practices with high standards of ethical conduct and corporate citizenship. Our policy is that in order for vendors to qualify to provide us garments they must demonstrate their compliance with acceptable labor practices by certifying to us that they follow high labor practice standards. In addition, our suppliers of blank apparel products disclose to us their factory locations which we make available to all interested parties.
